We recently built a new kitchen, and I really wanted my own griddle. I wanted it to be electric, have a thick cooking surface, heat evenly and be an appropriate size fro my kitchen's island. This griddle has surpassed my expectations. Heats up quickly, easy to clean, perfect size, and good quality. I cant recommend this enough to anyone wanting to add a griddle to their home kitchen appliances. It also looks great inset in my island..
