By Ryan D. Zimmerman
Overall, my wife and I are happy with the purchase. This is a great substitute for a "built-in" kitchen island. We like the ability to move it around (although it takes both of us to lift and move it), depending on our needs. It looks nice and all of the extra drawers and racks are very handy. We also love the sliding extension. It is a bit finicky to put together though. A couple of parts were so tight a fit, I needed to sand some of the excess wood off. One of the drawers doesn't slide as smoothly as the other and we needed to drill a couple of extra small holes on the inside so that the movable shelves would be level (yes, we did make sure we had it put together the right way).
