I bought for the multi storage. The delivery was Prompt. One piece not included, one piece defective. Still waiting for replacement parts. Customer service was responsive. I do believe however for the money replacement parts should be over-nighted. Needed touch up pen for stain several pieces marred. Many parts to put together.

This cart arrived quickly in 2 very heavy boxes. There are many pieces to put together, but each is marked which was very helpful. The directions were sometimes confusing, but I was able to put it together by myself. The directions need to be followed carefully. All the holes are pre drilled. Once assembled, the drawers were not fitting right. I realized this was my error. I had put the drawer fronts on upside down. The doors have self closing hinges which is a nice touch. It looks very nice and is sturdy. I am using it as a vanity and it's perfect. Hair dryer, straightener, etc fit nicely in the spaces on the back. I hung a mirror above it. Looks nice. Seems very sturdy, the casters work well, the black granite top is pretty.
