Catskill Craftsmen has become the nation's leading manufacturer of ready-to-assemble domestic hardwood kitchen islands, carts, and work-centers. Catskill Craftsmen manufactured items are made from naturally self-sustaining, non-endangered North American hardwoods, primarily Northern Yellow Birch. Lumber is purchased from area sawmills, then dried, manufactured, and packaged on site. All sawdust, shavings and waste materials generated during the manufacturing process is converted into wood pellet fuel, and used to heat homes. This offspring of the Grand Workcenter features a 1.75 inch thick butcher block top that is safe for food preparation. Other features include an 8 inch deep drawer, three chrome towel bars, a slatted shelf, locking casters, and a drop leaf that adds an extra 10 inch to the depth of the table top. The Baby Grand Workcenter is made from solid Northeastern Hardwood and ships with an oil finish.

If you're looking for a butcher block cart that would last for a life time, this is the one. This thing is built like a tank. Assembly was not too bad, but you must be patient because some of the screws and other parts are different. Huge drawer for knives and etc. This sturdy cart does not wobble. Overall, a great value for the price. A+
